Trilby and a little bit of a Cleo from Wet Moon. Have since bought more pink shades and added more values to Trilby.

WHY CAN'T I CENTER MY PHOTOS.
Just realizing how derpy most of these look due to the angle. Well, they're derpy anyway, but even more so.
Self portrait in acrylics on Mylar for drawing 2. Dat nose. It gave me so much trouble.
No final picture because I finished it 30 minutes before class and then turned it in.
Some ridiculous size. I don't even know. Like 2 feet by 3 feet.

Captain Maggot

 

I've no idea why only the last two ended up centered. This is a couple weeks old now. I'm way too lazy about this blog. I went to see Emilie Autumn and did this the next day. Captain Maggot. I have rough sketches of the rest of The Bloody Crumpets, but this is the only one I ended up finishing. And for whatever reason, I documented at every fucking step. Once I get a scanner, I really need to touch this up in photoshop. Fix the mouth and hand and even out the watercolor in the background.

Because it's been a long time since I just drew something simple for myself. Actually, I don't think it's been THAT long, but it feels like years.

I'm going to go ahead and say that yes it does.
I really like the first design. Not sure how I feel about the second.
(it did darken a few hours later to a darker brown)
